Kirk, Olga, and Ian {Dallas Family Photographer}

Oh blog... How I have neglected you this fall.  It has been a busy season full of seeing so many of my beloved established clients and meeting so many new ones.

This family is one that I was honored to meet and photograph this fall.  They were so much fun as we moved from spot to spot along a one block stretch in Deep Ellum.  Ian is going to keep them on their toes and keep 'em young... Definitely one of the cutest sack o' potatoes (his fave way for Dad to carry him) that I have ever seen.  He is adorable!  But what I loved most about the session is how much in love with each other and with their sweet little family I could tell the both Olga and Kirk were.  Thanks for bringing that through in your images, guys!

Celebrating a new little one {Dallas Famiily Photographer}

A couple of years ago I photographed a little guy who was full of energy along with his parents.  This fall I was lucky enough to meet his new baby brother... And his grandparents!  Aaron, Chere, Benjamin, Dylan and Aaron's parents spent a drizzly day with me.  No worries though... It actually happens to be Chere's favorite kind of day!  We worked really hard to get some chubby cheek smiles out of Dylan.  What a cutie.  And Benjamin?  Well, this handsome big brother had plenty of fun running, skipping, and jumping the stairs at the Arboretum.

The Dallas Arboretum is a perfect place for children and family portraits.  It is great year round and especially during their Dallas Blooms, which is coming soon!  If you would like to schedule your portraits for this beautiful location, please contact me by calling the studio at (214)341-0955 or by email at  For more information, full portfolio, and a contact page visit today!

A Big Crew {Dallas Family Photographer}

Let's see if I can name them all... Shannon & John with their kids, Luke (8), Jace (5), twins Carpenter & have (10 months);  David & Kelly with their kids, Brayden (4) and Bradleigh (2), and Shannon & David's super sweet parents, Jack & Peggy.  Whew!  What a crew!  This big family went with me one morning to Arbor Hills Nature Preserve.  I always love the location and this time I thoroughly enjoyed wading in the creek there where we got some great shots.  The boys even made a faux campfire!  Such fun!  So glad this crew was able to get together for a session while Shannon & John's family was visiting from overseas!
